Shipping & Returns
P.O., APO And FPO Boxes
We do allow standard delivery to P.O., APO and FPO Boxes, but we cannot be held responsible for shipments that have not been picked up or accepted by the customer and/or damaged at the P.O., APO or FPO Box facility. In order to make sure your order is fresh and in its best possible condition, we recommend that you provide us with a physical street address where your order can be sent.
Orders are shipped within 2 business days of when the order was placed pending credit card authorization and verification.
We ship on Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays, and most orders will arrive within 4-7 business days.
Two Day Delivery
* Orders are shipped the same day if placed by 11am PST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, pending credit card authorization and verification, and will arrive in two business days.
* Orders are shipped the same day if placed by 11am PST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, pending credit card authorization and verification, and will ship out overnight to arrive the next business day.
* Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Additional charges for Saturday Overnight deliveries apply (see below).
Returns and Exchanges
We want our customers to be completely satisfied. If there is a problem with your order we will gladly accept returns of factory packaged, unopened products within 30 days of receipt. Custom orders and bulk candy packaged at Candy Mache cannot be returned. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package for further details about returning or exchanging a product at 425-394-4660. We do recognize that sometimes product gets damaged en route. If this happens, we request that you call us immediately at (425) 394-4460.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs on all returns/exchanges. Please use a responsible carrier for your return, one that can provide you with a tracking number. Candy Mache is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
For your convenience, online purchases may be returned to Candy Mache's store for immediate credit. Proof of purchase (order confirmation, packing slip or receipt) is required for reimbursement of the full purchase, minus shipping.
We will return the product purchase amount in the manner in which you paid.
Please allow a minimum of 14 days to receive and process your return or exchange.
